Refund policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund only before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

To cancel an order, contact us at numibaby@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to catch it in time, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in process.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns. If you're unsatisfied with an item that has already shipped, please reach out to us — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at numibaby@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate, including tracking the shipment and arranging a resolution if it's confirmed lost.

Non-Returnable Situations

We're unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after an order has shipped
  • Issues not reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Orders with an incorrect address provided by the customer
