Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–12 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free Shipping for orders over $100 AUD.

Delays: While we aim for the times above, occasional delays can occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if this happens.
